Traditional Thai Massage focuses on circulation and pressure points, promoting internal health as well as muscular flexibility. The treatment begins with the feet and gradually moves upwards towards the head. The body is gently arranged into four positions (face-down, face-up, side, and sitting position), which enables the therapist to perform a variety of stretches. Traditional Thai massage is recommended for relaxation, relieving muscular fatigue and pain and reducing tension. It not only stimulates the circulation of blood and lymphatic system, but also improves the body’s immunity for anti-aging and longevity.
